The earthworks and soil improvement works in the first stage of the Bismarck Martínez subdivision program, located in Sabana Grande, are progressing satisfactorily, in the coming days the access roads will begin to be defined and the potable water, the sanitary water pipeline will be installed. and the electrical system, which implies an investment of approximately 25 million córdobas.
The lots will measure 10 × 16 square yards in an area of 49,950 square yards, located about 600 meters from the route 168 terminal.
In a tour made by the Secretary General of the Mayor's Office of Managua, Fidel Moreno through the first stage of this project, he reiterated that it will consist of 345 lots, of 160 square yards each, and confirmed that the earthworks will be completed in the next four weeks.
"These would be the first batches to be delivered in 2019 of the Bismarck Martínez program, a program that has been successful, because the demand we have received every day is really growing, which reflects the confidence that people have in this program."
The first people who will receive their lot will be those who have completed the first six installments of $ 20 a month, there are already about 300 families that have fulfilled that commitment.
The first stage of the housing complex will have two access roads with asphalt and has the nearby health and education services that are in Sabana Grande.

Moreno confirmed that in this same area the stage will be expanded to about 2,000 lots, which is why it will also be building complementary social infrastructure such as a health center and school.
