With an abundance of Tradition, Faith, Culture and Religiosity, the seventh edition of the Exhibition of Our Patron Saints and the National Festival "Nicaragua en Victorias" was held this weekend on Bolívar a Chávez Avenue, as part of the promotion and rescue of religious and cultural identity.
The exhibition had 135 replicas of the Patron Saints of the different municipalities of the country, as well as a gastronomic and craft fair.
This activity, which opened with a parade of the Patron Saints, artistic and cultural presentations, was attended by Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado, accompanied by representatives of State institutions and members of the Diplomatic Corps, accredited in Nicaragua.
“We are a people of Faith, a Christian people, all these 135 altars of the replicas of our Patron Saints coordinated with the different institutions, with the mayors, all involved to create this beauty, were prepared with great care, here we also have dances, our gastronomy, we are proud of our historical heritage, of our culture, religiosity and Faith”, said Rueda.
This event was organized by the Good Government, through the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism, INC, INIFOM, MEFCCA and local governments.
