The municipal authorities made a tour of the land where the new urbanization “Villa Flor de Pino” will be built in what will be the second stage of the Bismarck Martínez Program in the subdivision modality, which will have more than a thousand urbanized lots.
Villa Flor de Pino will be located in District VI of Managua, between the El Rodeo, Monte Fresco and Santa Elena.
Fidel Moreno, Secretary General of the Mayor's Office, stated that the lots will be 200 square yards and will have potable water, electricity and sanitary sewerage services.
“We are adjacent to Monte Fresco on one side and Santa Elena on the other side, where we are starting the earthworks and urbanization of a little more than 1 thousand lots in Villa Flor de Pino, this urbanization is part of the second stage of the Bismarck Martínez lotification program ”, he stated.
Moreno explained that the project is the result of a tender and that the lots will be delivered by the end of October.
"Today we are practically handing over the site, this is the start of construction, the winning company's bid ranged from 118 to 120 million córdobas," Moreno explained.
This is an urbanization that will have direct access from the North Highway and 3 more accesses that will allow excellent connection between the North, Monte Fresco, Santa Elena and El Rodeo, in the urbanization we will be enabling about 5 kilometers in new streets, access and ditches .
“It is a splendid location. We have also taken care that, despite being the coastal area, the lowest part of this land is going to be above level 46, that is, it is above the flood level of Lake Managua ... there are plenty of drainage conditions that guarantee conditions as required by the managuas ”.
Moreno confirmed that in Managua there are almost 6 thousand protagonists of lots and in this new subdivision 1,114 will be delivered.
To date, more than a thousand lots have been delivered since 2019, 500 of them with a house included, This year no less than a thousand additional will be delivered to be able to complete the first 2,000 and to be able to guarantee next year all of the protagonists of batches.
The protagonists of this urbanization will also have CDI, green areas, health post, citizen service center, treatment plant and water tank, which are required for the dignity of Nicaraguan families.
The first lots of Villa Flor de Pino are expected to be delivered in the months of October and November of this year.
