Happily and with great enthusiasm, 250 families received the keys to their new home in the Villa Flor de Pino Urbanization, as part of the “Bismarck Martínez” Social Interest Program, promoted by Good Government.
With this new delivery in Villa Flor de Pino and those already delivered in Villa Jerusalem, a total of 2,300 homes have been built throughout the municipality of Managua, once again complying with the policies of the Government led by Commander Daniel and Comrade Vice President Rosario Murillo, to guarantee low-income families the constitutional right to have a decent, comfortable and safe home.
The restitution of rights was carried out through a delivery ceremony, which was presided over by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who expressed that these achievements and opportunities for families are only possible thanks to these programs of love and humanism developed by the Sandinista Front.
“We thank all the families who have trusted, who have faith, hope in all these projects promoted by our Good Government to improve living conditions. This segment of the population was not really subject to credit in other years, with other governments, however, with our Good Government they have had that opportunity and their dream has come true and today, in Flor de Pino, one of the urbanizations where we are working on housing, we are delivering 250 more homes, to the same number of families, and we feel very excited about that, proud, but above all more committed to continuing to accompany this people who want to move forward, transform their lives, having access to housing, to a decent home”, said the mayor of the capital.
The new protagonist families were happy and very hopeful of having a better future, in an urbanization that will have all the comforts to live, with all the basic services, as well as a Health Post, a Child Development Center (CDI ) and a Citizen Attention Center.
Martha Campos, having the keys to her home in her hands, shared that it is the best gift to receive December and the new year. Similarly, Brenda Salgado expressed her happiness and gratitude for her new home, "the truth is that I am very grateful to God first of all and to the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity because it has given us this opportunity to have our own home, a decent housing, I feel very happy and blessed”.
