In honor of the International Design Day, the Mayor's Office of Managua presented the documentary “Al andar se hace Cultura”, produced and prepared by the artistic staff of the Hugo Hernández Oviedo House of Culture and Creativity, with the aim of publicizing the population the scope and impact of the work carried out in these spaces, in strengthening the cultural identity of Nicaraguans.

“Tonight we present a documentary that projects the experiences of 12 people, who are at the forefront of the training of 558 protagonists of the Otto de la Rocha Culture House, with the aim of promoting art, culture, creativity, skills, skills and learning techniques, which they have been developing for the teaching and training of the boys, girls, men and women who are being trained in this house of culture,” reported the Secretary of the Managua Council, Jennifer Porras López.

Comrade Eduardo Martinica, who is Coordinator of the Hugo Hernandez Oviedo House of Culture and Creativity, who was in charge of the production of this video, explained that the idea is to make one for each house of culture.

“When I learned about the culture houses project, I fell in love and what better spokesperson for this benefit that our Good Government provides than the protagonists themselves. This documentary has a duration of 14 minutes, the script, the musicalization, the concept were designed to reveal the crucial importance of the promotion, promotion and teaching of culture, through the cultural projects and programs carried out by the municipality, promoted by the Government of Commander Daniel and the Vice President, Compañero Rosario Murillo.
