IV Edition of the U-19 Women's Volleyball League and First Division

Through a press conference held on the night of this Wednesday, January 24, in the auditorium of the Japan-Nicaragua Park, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua in coordination with the Alexis Argüello Sports Movement, made official the IV Edition of the Women's League of U-19 Volleyball and First Division, where All against All will face each other.

This edition will feature the participation of 20 teams from all over Nicaragua, 10 in the U-19 major and 10 from the First Division, starting this Saturday, January 27.

“Ten teams will be participating for more than three months, both in the senior and Under-19 categories, we are talking about more than two hundred and eighty girls who will be in competition, the ages are low, I really believe that the league has done a great effort to have a seedbed in this sporting discipline and above all to ensure that different departments train new athletes for national teams,” shared colleague Noel González, Sports Director of the municipality.

He also pointed out that the games will be held at the different headquarters of the participating teams, including the teams of Chinandega, Matagalpa, Estelí, Jinotega, Rivas, Granada, Leonas de la Alcaldía de Managua, Jaguares UAM, UNAN-Managua and the Panthers team.

On this day full of emotion and suspense, four teams will qualify for the semifinals, where they will fight to reach the final and become the champions of this fourth edition.
