Talented students hold artistic exhibition in painting and drawing

From the Otto de la Rocha House of Culture and Creativity, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, held a second exhibition, celebrating the creativity and talent of each of the students and teachers who are the protagonists of this school, who daily strive to develop his art and imagination in this branch.

In this event full of unique and original creativity, families enjoyed more than 100 works of art, which were created by students ages 6 and older, with the support of their drawing teachers, as reported by the Secretary. of the Managua Council, Jennifer Porras López.

“Here we will find paintings that were made with acrylic material, canvas, poroplast, cardboard, any of these techniques that children, young people and adolescents who today have the opportunity to receive classes for free, thanks to our Good Government,” said Porras. .

The capital official, at the same time, invited families to develop that talent through these courses and that age does not matter, because the school already has older students in different artistic modalities.

Sara Nohemí Palacios, a student of these classes, said that with painting she expresses her feelings, “through landscapes she expressed beautiful feelings, inspiration and I contemplate beauty, this decision was born from a painting that I looked at and I really liked and I wanted to make a "I have been practicing for about two years now."

At the Otto de la Rocha House of Culture and Creativity, guitar, piano, singing, folklore, contemporary dance, ballet and painting classes are held. Currently this school serves 285 leading students, who prepare daily to be great artists.
