Receiving the keys to your own, safe home is the dream of every family and today the Good Government made it a reality, who through the municipal authorities delivered the first 50 homes in the Mirador Xolotlán Urbanization on the afternoon of this Monday, October 23 , as part of the Bismarck Martínez Housing Program.

The celebration event was chaired by Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales, who shared with the families the happiness of having their own, decent and safe roof.

“This town continues to triumph, our people continue to celebrate all these successful projects that the Government of Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario are carrying out and today, entering the final stretch of the month of October, the first 50 homes are being delivered, comfortable, beautiful houses and fresh,” said the mayor of the capital.

Oscar Mayorga, one of the protagonists of these homes, thanked God and the Sandinista Government for this gift that he and his wife had waited for for many years.

“I thank Commander Daniel Ortega and Compañero Rosario Murillo, who make these projects possible for all the inhabitants of our country, we spent many years paying rent,” Mayorga said.

Likewise, the protagonist Nohemí Urbina and her husband showed their satisfaction with this housing project, which restores the rights to thousands of Nicaraguan families who do not have their own home.

“Before we lived in the Los Vanegas region with the family and now we can say that this is ours and everything is thanks to the good will of our Government,” said Urbina.

In the Mirador Xolotlán Urbanization, the Good Government plans to deliver 144 homes, dignifying life for more families.
