Third delivery of homes benefits more than 300 families in the Camino del Río Urbanization

A moment of joy, of sharing with families who for many years longed to have their own home, was what municipal authorities experienced on the afternoon of this Tuesday, October 17, in the third delivery of homes in the Camino del Río Urbanization, this once benefiting 309 families.

The keys to the new homes were handed over by Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales, who reported that, with these homes, the Central Government adds 678 houses received by families, only in this urbanization.

“We are delivering, on behalf of President Daniel and Compañera Rosario, 309 new homes that fill with joy, happiness, comfort, tranquility and security to all Nicaraguan brothers and sisters, to the boys and girls and elderly companions, who as of Now they are opening new houses in such a beautiful place, such as this Camino del Río urbanization, here in District VII,” said Armas.

Words of gratitude to the Good Government and the municipal authorities, expressed by the families as they received with great emotion the keys to their own home, a dream come true.

“It is worth it, we thank God and Commander Daniel we will always be indebted to him, because no Government has cared about the people who have needs, for those who rent, for those of us who live in a house and there are up to two, three and four families, thanks to the programs that the Commander has been opening, the accessibility of payment is a great help, the deadline is good, the designs of the houses are good, everything is good," said the protagonist Norma Castro.

Camino del Río is the fifth urbanization in the capital and in this place the Good Government will deliver 5,276 social interest homes, of which 2,015 through the Bismarck Martínez Program and 3,261 with the Nuevas Victorias Program.
