Capital authorities carry out official presentation of the “Nuevas Victorias” model apartments

Good news for families, this Monday, September 18, Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado officially presented the model apartments of the “Nuevas Victorias” housing program, an innovative proposal that promises to provide modern and safe housing options in the capital.

These apartments, which have a construction design of 63 square meters and a plot of land of 105 square meters, mark a milestone in the urban development of the city and represent the continuous commitment of the Good Government to guarantee better living conditions for Nicaraguan families.

During the presentation of these new apartments, Mayor Rueda expressed that these buildings will be 2 floors and will have additional space to expand.

“On the first floor we have the living room, kitchen and dining room, on the second floor we have the hall, the bathroom, a balcony and 2 bedrooms,” explained the mayor of the capital.

Likewise, he stated that these apartments are part of the beautiful projects promoted by the Sandinista Government, “the New Victories, victories of our people, achievement of our people, to now have the opportunity to obtain a home, a plot of land, something that “Before, for our people in Nicaragua it was practically impossible.”

The first stage of this housing program will contemplate the construction of 3 thousand apartments in different parts of Managua.
