Celebrating the Day of Joy and the 44th anniversary of the triumph of the Sandinista Popular Revolution, this Monday, July 17, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua in coordination with the National Government delivered the first 270 homes of the new Caminos del Río urbanization , through the Bismark Martínez Program.
With this delivery, the housing program manages to deliver 500 homes in 72 hours, as part of the Julio Victorioso festivities.
"It is such a special moment of celebration, a party for the 270 families that today receive their new home, here in Caminos del Río, with this delivery the program reaches 3,901 homes built and delivered, to the same number of leading families" , as reported by Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado.
The representative of the Citizen Power shared with the families the permanent commitment of the Good Government led by Commander Daniel and the Vice President, Compañera Rosario, together with the municipality, to reduce the housing deficit.
"What better way to pay tribute to the memory of our heroes and martyrs, we continue to make revolution every day, with the construction of housing solutions for the families of the municipality of Managua, which today reach 15 thousand, in the modalities of lots, decent housing and the houses delivered through the Bismark Martínez Program”, affirmed the mayor of the capital.
Caminos del Río is the fifth urbanization in the capital that the Good Government is building, it will have a capacity for 2,031 homes, with a constructive area of 54 square meters, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen and dining room, plus basic services installed.
"Emiliano and Rodrigo already have their house, we already have our own home", are the words that the protagonist Claudia Ortega will say to her children when she surprises them.
"My happiness is enormous, it is the best date to make this delivery, because it is the Day of Joy, thanks to our Good Government and Commander Daniel who, if he complies, tomorrow I will bring my two children to give them this surprise, Until they see the house, I'm going to tell them it's theirs,” said the protagonist Claudia Ortega, who has been married for 10 years and had to rent for 7 years.
