Urbanization Villa Santiago the dream come true for many families

In salute to the 44th anniversary of the triumph of the Sandinista Popular Revolution, the Good Government through the municipality delivered 231 housing solutions, in the Villa Santiago Urbanization, with which 3,631 homes are delivered, through the emblematic Bismarck Martínez Program .

The keys to these homes were handed over by Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who expressed that it is one more achievement for families to obtain their own home, "we continue to make a revolution, to make a revolution in these new times is to continue building homes and dignifying families, through all the projects promoted by our Good Government.”

These homes have a construction area of 55.73 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen and dining room area, with fully plastered walls; It also has all its basic services, such as drinking water, electricity, public lighting, streets and hydraulic concrete platforms for the well-being of the families involved.

Full of emotion, joy and gratitude, the protagonists stated that only with the Sandinista Government have they achieved the longed-for dream.

"Before, we lived with my mother and we lived in a smaller place and now we are going to enjoy more space and we are going to have something of our own," said the beneficiary Román Obregón.

Cinthia Romero, another of the protagonists, said that they had been renting for years, "Now we have the house, a dream come true."
