More than 200 plots of land are a reality for the protagonists of the Villa Esperanza Urbanization

Turning dreams into reality, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua delivered this Wednesday, May 31, 209 plots of land to mothers in the capital in the Villa Esperanza Urbanization, through the Bismarck Martínez Program.

This delivery was chaired by Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who expressed that Villa Esperanza is a housing project, which will be made up of 4,500 urbanized lots.

"We have already added 2,554 lots delivered out of the 4,500 that we will be delivering here and we have 3,400 homes delivered, some housing solutions that have come to completely change the lives of Nicaraguan families, so we are here to to serve them and the commitment is to continue delivering lots and houses in our country”, affirmed Rueda.

The families were jubilant upon receiving their new plots of land and reiterated their gratitude to the Good Government.

"I feel very happy and proud, happy because we have the backing and support of our President," said the protagonist Karla González.

Esperanza Mejía, stated that her dream finally came true, "because she did not have the resources to buy a piece of land for one and with this opportunity that the Government gave, it is of great help."
