A day full of happiness, emotions and stories to tell about the families was what was experienced on May 30, Nicaraguan Mother's Day, during the delivery of 100 new homes, by the municipality in the Villa Flor de Pino and Villa Santiago, located in District VI.
The houses were delivered to 50 families in Villa Flor de Pino and 50 in Villa Santiago, reported Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales.
“We are very happy, sharing with all the families of Managua the delivery of these 100 decent houses, of these 100 new houses, of these 100 houses of the highly successful Bismarck Martínez Program, which the Government of Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario are delivering to families that, with a lot of effort, sacrifice, work, have been paying for that house that they are opening today,” said Armas.
A new life awaits the families, they will now be able to live in their own home, as stated by the protagonist Janeth Jirón, "it is the best gift I can receive today, all mothers can receive these gifts, thanks to Commander Daniel, after so many years of living renting”.
To date, the capital's commune has delivered a total of 3,400 homes, guaranteeing low-income families the constitutional right to have a dignified, comfortable, and safe home.
