Capital authorities deliver gifts to mothers who gave birth on May 30

As part of the celebration of Mother's Day, municipal authorities visited the maternity wards of the different public hospitals in the capital, with the purpose of congratulating the mothers of the first newborns on this very special date.

During the visit, Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado and Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales delivered gifts to the mothers, as a sign of affection, love and respect that the Good Government offers to all Nicaraguan mothers.

"Today we share the joy of seeing all those healthy babies, we treasure this very special moment, it is a party for everyone and it is a privilege for us to visit them and bring them a gift that comes from our President, Commander Daniel and our Vice President, the Compañera Rosario”, expressed Rueda.

The mothers, excited by the visit, thanked the municipal authorities and the Sandinista Government for such an unexpected detail, and also highlighted the good care they have received in these hospitals.

"Very grateful because all my process went well, I thank President Daniel Ortega and Vice President Rosario Murillo, I feel that giving birth on this day is a gift from God and I am glad for this support that they have given me, this It is my second baby and his name will be Matías Isaac”, said mother Esmeralda Mojica.

A total of 220 gifts were distributed, beginning with the delivery of 62 gifts at the Fernando Vélez Paiz Hospital, then with 108 at the Bertha Calderón and ending at the Carlos Marx Hospital with 50 gifts.
