The families of the Bello Horizonte neighborhood of District IV had to wait for more than 50 years, to see their dream come true, to whom the municipality delivered the asphalt coating of 2 streets, on the afternoon of this Wednesday, May 17.
This project that brings well-being to the inhabitants of this sector, was carried out through the Streets for the People Program and had an investment of 1 million 380 thousand córdobas, as announced by Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales, during the inauguration.
“240 linear meters of asphalt, which I can say with knowledge of the facts, that these streets have been in poor condition for more than 50 years, thank God and the instructions of Commander Daniel Ortega now the streets are in perfect condition and will benefit hundreds of residents who live here in this area,” said Armas.
The leading families celebrated and thanked the Good Government authorities for this project for the common good.
"Now the people who walked with a cane will travel in better conditions, these streets were well destroyed, many years went by without maintenance, but the opportunity came to us," said Vianey León, a resident of the neighborhood.
