MUNICIPAL BAND N° 03-2023

THE MAYOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANAGUA,

LET YOUR INHABITANTS KNOW THAT:

In use of the powers conferred by Law No. 40, Law of Municipalities with Incorporated Reforms, in its articles 34, subsection 4 and Art. 36, subsection a), published in La Gaceta, Official Gazette No. 06, of January 14, 2013 and Decree No. 52-97 of the Regulations to the Municipalities Law, published in La Gaceta No. 171 of September 8, 1997, has issued the following MUNICIPAL BAND:

CONSIDERING:

That one of the essential objectives of the Municipal Government of Managua is to inform its citizens about the administration of the Municipality, especially to communicate the management and execution of works and projects for the benefit of all the inhabitants of this Municipality, which allows us develop within the framework of participatory democracy.

THEREFORE:

Article 1.     Calls on all the residents of the Municipality of Managua to participate freely and voluntarily, in the Second Ordinary Municipal Council of the Year 2023, In order to present the First Quarterly Report, corresponding to the months of January, February and March 2023, as established in Art. 36, section a), of Law N ° 40, “Law of Municipalities with Incorporated Reforms”.

Article 2.     It informs that said Cabildo will take place on Friday, May 19 of the year two thousand and twenty-three, in the Sports Court of the Civic Center of the Mayor's Office of Managua, at 9:00 in the morning.

Given in the City of Managua, on the fifth day of the month of May of the year two thousand and twenty-three.
