Lomas de San Judas will soon enjoy 4 new blocks

The Streets for the People 2023 Program began this week by improving the conditions for the families of the Lomas de San Judas neighborhood, where the asphalt coating of 4 blocks that were on the ground is being carried out and with which 258 blocks are served out of the 1 thousand 027 projected to be attended this year, which represents a 25.18 percent compliance.

The work was supervised by Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who expressed that this road improvement has an investment of 2 million 202 thousand córdobas.

"In Lomas de San Judas we have kept a constant rhythm in all the years, within our budget it is reflected, because it is one of the largest neighborhoods in District III and we have made significant progress in sanitary sewerage works and all basic services," Wheel pointed out.

Well-being and future reached the 481 families of this community, who now celebrate these restitutions of rights.

"A great joy and charm for us, because the streets were damaged due to the strong winter runoff and vehicles could not enter, nor the household garbage collection truck," said the protagonist María Magdalena Sandoval.

Streets for the People 2023 plans to execute 151 projects in 105 neighborhoods of the capital, with attention to 927 asphalt blocks and 100 hydraulic concrete blocks, where 2 thousand 440 million 949 thousand 333 córdobas will be invested, to serve the 1 thousand 027 projected blocks.

Lomas de San Judas in the last 14 years, has received an investment of 19 million 854 thousand 687 córdobas, in road improvement works, storm drainage, sanitary sewerage and the construction of 7 decent homes.
