More than 200 students start learning at the "Camilo Zapata" House of Culture and Creativity

The "Camilo Zapata" House of Culture and Creativity began its school year on Tuesday, April 11, with a student population of 208 enrolled students and 105 on the waiting list, since the courses are saturated.

When welcoming the parents of families and the children who throughout the year will learn how to get the musical notes of the different instruments, the Secretary of the Managua Council, Jennifer Porras López, reiterated the permanent commitment of the Good Government directed by the Commander Daniel and the Vice President, Compañera Rosario Murillo, to guarantee the population of Managua new spaces for development and quality cultural training, free of charge.

"Today we are starting the 2023 course in the disciplines of singing, guitar, piano, violin, it is a course designed and oriented by our government for youth, children and adolescents, who receive a comprehensive and comprehensive training, for us it is a commitment with parents and students to train the future talents of our country”, said Porras.

In this cultural center there will be 7 professional instructors permanently, who will guarantee the learning and training of new artists, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon.

Nidia Soza, starting this week, will attend the cultural center three times a week to take her daughter and nephew to class.

“I brought my nephew to guitar lessons and my daughter to singing lessons, we want to make the most of this opportunity that our Good Government is offering us, so that our children can develop their talents and invest their time in positive actions, such as art and culture".
