The presentation was made by building authorities, where Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado expressed that this urbanization is part of the concern of the Good Government, led by Commander Daniel and the Vice President, Compañera Rosario Murillo, who has been responding to this housing demand. that families have.

"Because the Bismarck Martínez Program is not only in our capital, Managua, it is at the national level and we are seeing the different models, and families can go to the point to acquire information, it can be here in the urbanization or it can be in our Mayor's Office of Managua, in the Social Programs offices, are houses of 60 square meters of construction, with a plot of 150 square meters," said Rueda.

Likewise, he announced that the Bismarck Martínez Program fees are stipulated from 80 to 170 dollars and the municipality works simultaneously in 5 urbanizations of this program.

"Mirador Xolotlán" will have homes that will have a living-dining room area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a porch, garden, patio and vehicle parking and to apply, the requirements of the Bismarck Martínez Program must be met: be older of age, not having benefited from a subsidy, INVUR voucher or housing program from the Mayor's Office of Managua, submit a request letter addressed to Commander Daniel Ortega, President of the Republic, updated INSS Colilla (original and copy), updated salary certificate (original and copy), updated refusal of assets (original and copy, as well as a copy of the identity card of the applicant, the beneficiary and the members of the family nucleus or birth certificate of minors.
