The General Directorate of Environment and Urbanism of the Mayor's Office of Managua organized the first seminar aimed at managers who process construction permits, with the aim of reducing the times of these procedures and publicizing updates in Permit management. of Construction, Proof of Right of Way, among other urban issues.
This first seminar was chaired by Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who expressed the importance of this workshop to streamline the procedures for construction permits and guarantee compliance with these requirements that constitute the safety of constructions, in order to safeguard the human lives.
"As Mayor of Managua, it is the first seminar that we are carrying out, a concern of our government, to make these construction permits possible and part of the responsibility that we have as a municipality, as a municipal and central government is the safety and well-being of families, a safe construction, in the applications for construction permits for minor and major works”, said Rueda.
Also, the advances in the construction permit paperwork were announced, in addition to recognizing and resolving incidents throughout the permitting process, in order to improve responses in these procedures.
At the end of the meeting, Mayor Rueda handed out participation certificates to the 50 participating managers, including engineers, architects and personnel who attend this area.
