Discount fair this weekend in the capital markets

This weekend the merchants of the Oriental market will offer promotions on all traditional products on February 14. The discounts will be between 20, 30 and up to 40 percent, on articles for children, ladies and gentlemen, as confirmed by Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales, together with the Association of Merchants and COMMEMA authorities, during a tour of this center shopping mall, where an estimated 20,000 entrepreneurs work.

“We are in the largest market in Central America, confirming together with the merchant brothers, that we have great promotions and discounts this weekend in all the capital markets, it is a paid weekend and since the Day of Love is close and Friendship, such a special date for all Nicaraguans, we will have sales and combos so that we can celebrate together,” said Armas.

During the fairs, the merchants will also be offering all the traditional summer items. Jorge Luis González, President of the Nicaraguan Merchants Association, explained that in these two months they plan to sell a little more than 400 million córdobas.

"We are ready and supplied with all the products for the sales on February 14, we are also already offering all the summer items, in these two months we can sell between 400 and 600 million córdobas, thanks to these discount fairs and the work coordinated between our Good Government and the Merchants Association”, said González.

During the weekend, visitors to the markets will be able to shop in a safe environment, thanks to the coordination between the Municipal Authorities, the merchants and the National Police.
