Improved streets in the San José Oriental neighborhood

Providing more well-being to the residents of the capital, this Thursday, January 19, authorities of the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua inaugurated the resurfacing of 3 blocks in the San José Oriental neighborhood, located in District IV.

This work for the common good turns 500 inhabitants of this community into protagonists of rights and had an investment of 1 million 280 thousand córdobas, reported Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales.

"Streets for greater comfort, tranquility of the neighbors, they are very wide, very pretty streets, which give the neighborhood a better image and of course increases the capital gains of the homes, as they were before, as they are now and another when They are already on the edge of the Juan Pablo II track, which will be as good as possible, ”said Armas.

He also announced that for this year with the Annual Investment Plan, the municipality in this District IV will invest 14 million córdobas in road improvement works, storm drainage, water and sanitation, construction of the Ariel Ignacio Vivas II stage boxing gym , construction of pedestrian sidewalks and curbs, replacement of girder beams and construction of covers and the fitting out of a communal house, in the Benedicto Valverde, Las Torres, Santa Clara, Primero de Mayo, Domitila Lugo, Riguerito Norte, Venezuela, Ducualí neighborhoods , María Auxiliadora, Hilario Sánchez, Rigoberto López Pérez, San José Oriental, San Cristóbal, El Paraisito, Costa Rica neighborhood, and San Luis.

The happy families thanked God and the Good Government, because they will now be able to travel more safely, "until now we are seeing the progress of that ramp of the bridge that we could not cross, it was difficult for us old people to climb, we are going to pass very well and we are not going to fall”, said one of the founders of this neighborhood, Mrs. María Elsa Espinoza.

This inauguration ceremony was attended by members of the National Police, who recommended that families avoid traffic accidents, whether as pedestrians or drivers, and enjoy the new streets responsibly, prudently and with all security measures.
