Improvement of streets in the Batahola Norte neighborhood

Residents of the Batahola Norte neighborhood, inaugurated this Tuesday, January 17, the paving of 4 blocks with asphalt coating, a work for the common good, which makes 8,226 inhabitants of this community of District II of Managua protagonists of rights.

The road improvement work has an investment of 2 million 55 thousand 586 córdobas, guaranteeing the well-being of families in the sector and its surroundings, reported Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales.

“Delivering the first streets, which the government of Commander Daniel and Compañera Rosario has delivered to the residents of our municipality, asphalt streets, wide streets, very pretty streets, barely a week before the start of the school year, this will allow boys, girls, parents to take their children more calmly and safely to schools in the area and vehicle drivers to move without potholes, without affectations in these four streets”, said Armas.

With this project, families improve their quality of life, as stated by the resident José Antonio Quintanilla, "these are very important projects, because they give more value to homes and improve the streets, as well as people pay their taxes on road traffic, as well They give themselves the pleasure of driving through the streets that are healthy, clean and without holes”.

According to the capital authorities, the Municipality for this year 2023 will invest with the Annual Investment Plan in District II, 13 million 600 thousand córdobas in road improvement works, storm drainage, water and sanitation, construction of sanitary modules in the Carlos Núñez neighborhoods , Las Brisas, Motastepe, San José, Batahola Sur, Boer, Juan Emilio Menocal and Villa Virgen de Guadalupe.
