Authorities of the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, delivered the morning of Friday, December 30, 300 lots in the Villa Esperanza Urbanization, through the Bismarck Martínez Program.
Villa Esperanza is an urban project, which will be made up of 4,500 lots and will continue to be delivered until completing a total of 2,500 lots in 2023, shared Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado.
"By the end of the year, there are 1,800 lots delivered, and families can move and start building their houses, because the main entrances are attended, we are going little by little bringing well-being to families, that is the main objective of our Good Government", Rueda commented.
At this point in the capital, so far the project has its access roads, drinking water and electricity, a little more than 3.6 kilometers of rain channels have been built and 15 kilometers of drinking water pipes have been installed.
Happy, the families stated that they can now see the light upon receiving their new lots, "dream fulfilled, God's blessing was in this 2022, after 16 years, today we can say zero rents, the little money will help us to build in our own place , thanks to the good management of our Commander and Compañera Rosario Murillo”, expressed the protagonist Rigoberto Rivas.
The subdivision is a progressive project, where lots will be delivered ready for families to start building their homes, which will have all the basic services required in an urbanization and with the necessary public infrastructure, such as schools, health centers, police station, parks, CDI, offices of the Mayor of Managua, market and bus terminal.
