MUNICIPAL ANNOUNCEMENT N° 04-2022

THE MAYOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANAGUA,

LET YOUR INHABITANTS KNOW THAT:

In use of the powers conferred by Law No. 40, "Law of Municipalities with Incorporated Reforms", in its article 34, numeral 4 and article 36, paragraph a), published in La Gaceta, Official Gazette No. 06 of 14 of January 2013 and Decree No. 52-97 of the Regulations to the Municipalities Law, published in La Gaceta No. 171 of September 8, 1997, has issued the following MUNICIPAL BAND:

CONSIDERING:

That one of the primary objectives of the Municipal Government of Managua is to inform its citizens about the municipal administration, especially, to communicate and make them participate in the management and execution of works and projects for the benefit of all the inhabitants of this Municipality, which it allows us to develop within the framework of participatory democracy.

 THEREFORE:

Article 1.  Calls on all the residents of the Municipality of Managua, to participate freely and voluntarily in the Fourth Ordinary Municipal Council of the year 2022, in order to present the Municipal Management Report corresponding to the Third Quarter 2022 (July, August and September).

Article 2.  It informs that said Cabildo will take place on Friday, November 25, 2022, at the Sports Court of the Civic Center of the Mayor's Office of Managua, at 10:00 in the morning.

Given in the City of Managua, on the eleventh day of the month of November of the year two thousand and twenty-two.
