With the participation of more than 200 athletes, coming from the 15 Taekwondo Academies from all the districts of the capital, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, held this Sunday, October 16, at the Ratón Mojica Gymnasium, the Taekwondo Championship, as part of the Managua 2022 Youth Games.
The action was present in the different categories, with young people between the ages of 14 and 29, who competed for first place in their category and gender. Taekwondo has been acquiring greater participation in recent years, which according to statistics already has more than 5,000 athletes nationwide, thanks to the promotion carried out by the Good Government in the different sports disciplines.
