Collective Urban Transport Sector participates in the presentation of the Plan Managua 2023-2027

Continuing with the meetings and presentations of the Managua 2023/2027 Plan, on the morning of this Tuesday, October 11, Vice Mayor Enrique Armas Rosales met with leaders of the Collective Urban Transport sector of Managua, to whom he presented the program and project proposals to be executed in the next five years from the municipality.

In this meeting, comrade Armas presented the proposals for the transport sector, which includes renewal of the TUC fleet, to continue improving the mobility, safety and comfort of its users. In addition, the training and programs that help improve the service.

“In addition to carriers, they are citizens, who have to know about the urbanizations that the government of Comandante Daniel is going to build, about the new parks, the citizen attention centers that are being built, so that they can carry out their errands more easily, all the enormous projects that we will do”, shared Armas.

He also explained that among the emblematic works is the construction of 2 multi-sports, 7 overpasses, a new cemetery, a new municipal landfill, as well as the execution of 2,085 infrastructure and social development projects, highlighting the paving of 5 1,745 streets, 478 storm drainage and sanitary sewer projects, and the delivery of 20,000 homes and lots, through the Bismarck Martínez program.
