After living 14 years in precarious conditions, the dream of Mrs. Guillermina Jassira Sánchez Gutiérrez and her family became a reality, due to the heavy rains that hit the capital, their home was about to collapse in the sector known as La Zacatera in the Camilo Ortega neighborhood of District III.

This new home built by the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, through the Decent Housing Program, brings well-being and security to 5 adults and 2 children.

"We are advancing in the attention to families in critical cases, in the case of Doña Guillermina we are very happy, in each delivery we are moved, giving them a decent house, but above all the security that this implies in the families," said the Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado, during the opening ceremony and delivery of the keys to the house.

The protagonist Sánchez, was grateful for the beautiful and safe house, for the quick attention she received at the time of the heavy rains, "thank God, I feel happy, today I get up and see my house, I can go out calmly, I I feel safe, to see my new house, because the President is the only one who has been with the people and always in the two”.

"With this new installment, from 2012 to date, a total of 14 homes have been built in this sector of La Zacatera, benefiting the same number of families, thanks to the Good Government of the President, led by Commander Daniel and Vice President Rosario, who are always committed to improving the living conditions of Nicaraguan families," concluded Rueda.
