Comprehensive Project in the Sócrates Sandino neighborhood of District V

With a supervision visit, capital authorities confirmed the progress of the works being carried out in the Sócrates Sandino neighborhood, where a comprehensive project is being developed that will guarantee better living conditions for the 769 families of this District V community.

This project was supervised by the Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who explained that the work will contribute to eliminate a channel and enable a new street that will improve the access roads of this capital neighborhood.

Likewise, he announced that the project includes the construction of a storm drainage system with a 72-inch pipe and a tunnel box, a sanitary sewer system and the new 2-block street, which will have its gutters, curbs and pedestrian walkways. ; with an investment of 10 million 208 thousand 843 córdobas.

During the last 9 years, the capital commune has invested a total of 16 million 306 thousand 939 córdobas, in this community, through the construction of 5 decent houses, 4 blocks with hydraulic concrete, the asphalt recapping of 6 blocks and the improvement of the dirt streets in 2016 and 2017.
