Archaeological Exhibition of Managua present in the Rodrigo Peñalba room

The Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua and the Nicaraguan Institute of Culture (INC), held the Archaeological Exhibition of Managua, organized of the traditions and history of the capital, since pre-Columbian times, in celebration of the capital's festivities.

In this exhibition there were collection pieces from the National Museum and valuable specimens obtained in the scientific excavations, carried out by the National Directorate of Archeology of the INC.

Similarly, portraits and photographs of contemporary traditionalists were exhibited, who have kept these customs and celebrations alive to this day.

This exhibition was attended by Comrade Enrique Armas Rosales, Vice Mayor of Managua, who invited the families to visit the National Museum.

“This is a room full of history and I take this opportunity to invite all Nicaraguans to come to this exhibition, where they will find the 11 rooms that this National Palace has, where you leave rich in knowledge, culture and make you feel more in love with our traditions," Armas said.
