










The Decent Housing Program came to the El Recreo Sur neighborhood of District III of Managua to make Ms. Eveling Concepción Gómez Muñoz the protagonist by right, with the delivery of a completely renovated house, on the afternoon of July 25.
Mrs. Eveling, 52, shared with the municipal authorities and residents of this sector her satisfaction at seeing her new home, which is now safe to live in, and urged the families not to lose hope, "the Good Government will fulfill their dreams, as it did for me. I feel happy because my dream came true, my house used to be made of plastic, it had no walls, I practically lived outdoors, now it has given me a decent house to live in, I am not going to get wet anymore, I am not going to be with cold”, said the protagonist.
The Deputy Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas Rosales, attended the delivery ceremony of this new home, where he announced that Ms. Eveling was going through a difficult situation and, thanks to the Sandinista Government, she is the tenth protagonist of this neighborhood, "we congratulate Comrade Gómez who receives Today this dignified home, which, it is said, we deliver it with the first breeze, but now it does not matter it can rain, because they do not have any problem, they already have a new house as of this Victorious July”.
The Municipal official explained that this neighborhood has more than 1,300 families and a population of 5,000 people, who from 2009 to date have benefited from an investment of more than 13 million córdobas, for the execution of road works, guaranteeing better access to the families of this community.
For this year, in District III, the Municipality plans to invest 25 million cordobas for the construction of more works for the common good.
