300 families benefited from the third delivery of lots in Villa Esperanza

Reaching more families Bismarck Martínez program through the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power of Managua delivered this Thursday, July 21, 300 lots in the Villa Esperanza urbanization, located in District VI.

The delivery ceremony was attended by the Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado who shared that with this third installment 900 lots are reached so far this year, of the 4 thousand projected to be delivered, in this year 2022 the first 2 thousand will be delivered and the next 2023 it will be completed with the remaining 2 thousand lots.

"The commitment with this 43/19 is to continue strengthening peace, the unity among us Nicaraguans, we are fulfilling the families and there is an enormous effort with our Good Government to continue delivering more homes," said Rueda.

The capital official announced that so far the project has its access streets, drinking water and electricity, a little more than 3.6 kilometers of rainwater channels have been built and 15 kilometers of drinking water pipes have been installed.

For their part, the families thanked the Sandinista Government for allowing them to achieve this benefit, as stated by the protagonist Lisseth Estrada, "grateful to the Government because it offered us this land at a low price to build our house, it is the only government that has given us these advantages”.

"I feel satisfied with what we have achieved, happy, happy, thanking God because my dream for my children's future has come true, thanks to the government and the workers of the mayor's office," said the beneficiary Freddy Vargas.

This subdivision is a progressive project, where lots will be delivered ready for families to begin construction of their homes, which will have all the basic services required in an urbanization and the necessary public infrastructure, such as schools, health centers, police station, parks, CDI, offices of the Mayor of Managua, market and bus terminal.
