


























Celebrating with joy this May 30, Nicaraguan Mothers' Day, the Good Government of the President People through the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power of Managua, delivered 300 lots of the emblematic Bismarck Martínez Program in the Villa Esperanza Urbanization in District VI.
“We are talking about 300 lots, more than 1,500 people who will soon move to the houses that they will build and that are part of those 4,000 lots that the Government of Commander Daniel is going to deliver in 2022,” shared the Vice Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas Rosales during the award ceremony.
Likewise, the mayor of the capital added that this subdivision is conceived as a progressive project, where families will be able to start the construction of their homes and will have all the basic services required in an urbanization, in addition to the necessary public infrastructure, such as schools, health centers, police station, parks, CDI, offices of the Mayor of Managua, market and bus terminal. At this time, the housing project already has its access roads, drinking water and electricity.
Very happy, the families stated that it was a great gift to receive their lots on this day, as Nery Malta expressed it, “it was a surprise that they gave us this news today, we thank the President, the Mayor, now we are going to have our own place, to to celebrate big”.
"Happy is news that makes any mother happy because one can now have her piece of land to build on, I will live here with my husband and two children," said the protagonist Maykeling Mendoza.
The Municipality on April 08, 2022, delivered the first 300 lots, with this new delivery, there are a total of 600, which have benefited the same number of families.
