On the afternoon of this Wednesday, May 25, the family of the protagonist Róger Fabricio Muñoz Serapio, made up of his wife and their 4 children, welcomed their new house, built by the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua through the Decent Housing Program, in the Las Torres neighborhood, located in District IV of the Capital.

“Very happy and pleased with this great blessing that the Lord has given us, through our Good Government, Commander Daniel Ortega and Compañera Rosario Murillo, the Mayor's Office of Managua, making this dream come true, which we thought was unattainable, but now it is palpable”, said the beneficiary Muñoz, who lived for many years in a plastic and zinc house, experiencing greater difficulties in the winter season.

The Secretary of the Managua Council, Jennifer Porras López, attended the official delivery of the keys, who announced that since 2009 to date 105 homes have been built in this neighborhood, changing the lives of the same number of families who lived in a situation of critical social emergency and that today they already enjoy under a comfortable and safe roof.

"With much love, affection from the Mayor's Office of Managua we deliver this house, for us it is a commitment to continue fulfilling the people, working with all the projects, social programs, in the investment plans that we approve annually," said Porras.

He also highlighted that in this District IV, with the Streets for the People Program, 41.53 new blocks will be built and with the PIA 2022, 11 district projects will be executed, with an amount of 15 million córdobas, for the execution of road and drainage projects. pluvial.
