New decent housing in the San Sebastián neighborhood

In attention to the families of the capital who live at risk of vulnerability, this Tuesday, May 24, the Mayor's Office of Citizen Power delivered one more home, in the San Sebastián neighborhood of District II, benefiting Mrs. Cándida Rosa Sánchez and her daughter Karina López Sánchez, with whom he will celebrate Mother's Day in a happier and safer environment.

Doña Cándida Rosa, protagonist of this right, was happy with her new house, in which as of today, she will live without fear of rain or strong winds, for which she said she felt very grateful to the Sandinista Government, which has always ensured to dignify the lives of the most needy families.

The Vice Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas Rosales, attended the handover ceremony, expressing the commitment of the Good Government to continue working for the well-being of Nicaraguan families, through the execution of these programs and projects for the common good.

In the San Sebastián neighborhood, the Decent Housing Program has changed the lives of 24 families in this community. From 2009 to date, at the Municipal level, the Sandinista Government has built 13,000 decent homes, for the same number of households.

During the inauguration, the Municipality carried out a day of medical attention to the community, as well as children's activities with clowns painting faces, piñatas, and the presentation of cultural numbers.
