Silvio José Conrado Ramírez and his two children, who live in the Pablo VI neighborhood, were the new beneficiaries of the Decent Housing Program for whom the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua built their new home as an emergency, which was burned by a fire, the Last Monday, April 18.
“Today my children and I thank God for this great blessing that he sent us, the fire in half an hour destroyed the house and everything inside, I was left homeless and unable to work, but thanks to the good heart of President Daniel and Compañera Rosario has a safe roof to protect my children”, said the affected Silvio Conrado.
Upon handing over the new home to the main family, the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado explained that this is the 15th home being built in this neighborhood, which has more than 3,000 inhabitants.
“In less than 8 days, the new home of this family that lost everything was built, the immediate response is a priority guided by Commander Daniel and Compañero Rosario, in a situation like this, the love and brotherhood of the neighbors helped to this family at the time of the accident and during the process of building the house, all the neighbors were on the lookout for these brothers,” confirmed Rueda.
Rueda thanked the community organization, the support and the fraternity that allowed the new house to be built in 6 days, at the same time he announced that for this year the goal is to build 200 decent houses, to combat vulnerability and transform the lives of the same number of families. .
