Solidarity Housing fills the family of the Jonathan González neighborhood with joy

In attention to the families that live in vulnerability and in conditions of critical social emergency, this Holy Tuesday, the protagonist Miriam del Carmen Vílchez received as a great gift the delivery of her new home, built by the Municipality in the Jonathan González neighborhood of the District YO.

The new house was inaugurated by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who stated that it is the 55th house being built in this community.

“We are moving forward, assisting families in the different difficulties they have had for years. Here in the winter it was a very serious situation, however, we can say that more than 80 percent of its streets have been improved,” said Rueda.

For her part, Mrs. Miriam said she felt happy with her new home, where she would live more safely, and thanked the Good Government for improving her living conditions.

"Blessed by President Daniel Ortega, without this roof I would have had a bad winter because my little house was in bad shape."

With this Housing Program that was born in 2009, as an initiative of Commander Daniel and comrade Rosario Murillo, to provide immediate care to families in critical social emergency, the Sandinista Government has built 13,000 decent homes for the same number of families. Township.
