









The authorities of the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, carried out this Friday, April 8, the delivery of the first 300 urbanized lots of the Bismarck Martínez Program in Villa Esperanza, a housing project, which will consist of 4 thousand urbanized lots.
“Thank God for those blessings, for that opportunity to serve families, to protect them, to accompany them, improving living conditions, today we are in Villa Esperanza already delivering the first 300 lots, which will be delivered monthly from now on” shared the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado during the official ceremony.
He also reported that for this year 2022, the delivery of 2,000 urbanized lots will be carried out, successively and in the next year, the delivery will be completed, with the remaining 2,000 lots, for a total of 4,000 only in this urbanization.
This subdivision is conceived as a progressive project, where families will be able to start the construction of their homes and will have all the basic services required in an urbanization, in addition to the necessary public infrastructure, such as schools, health centers, police stations, parks, CDI, offices of the Mayor of Managua, market and bus terminal. At this time, the housing project already has its access roads, drinking water and electricity.
"First of all, thanks to God, to our Commander Daniel and to Compañera Rosario, because 19 years renting and I said today, the promised land, my dream has come true and this is the future of my children," said the protagonist Mirta Guillén.
