Next Friday, April 08, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua will deliver the first 300 urbanized lots of the Bismarck Martínez Program, in Villa Esperanza, which is located in the eastern sector of the Augusto C. Sandino International Airport.
Villa Esperanza is an urban project that will consist of 4,500 lots, said the Secretary General, Compañero Fidel Moreno Briones, during a tour of this urbanization.
“We can see an extensive area that is totally urbanized, we have improved the land for the construction of houses, improved streets, a little more than 3.6 kilometers of rainwater channels have been built, a little more than 15 are being installed at this time. kilometers of drinking water pipes, we have also already started the construction of the main power lines,” Moreno said.
This housing project will have all the basic services required in an urbanization, in addition to the necessary public infrastructure, such as schools, health centers, police station, parks, Child Development Centers, offices of the Managua Mayor's Office, market and bus terminal. buses.
As of this delivery on April 8, the first 2,000 lots would be delivered on a monthly basis in 2022 and the remaining 2,500 in 2023, to complete this project.
