Delivery of Decent Housing in the 14 de Junio neighborhood of District I

This past Tuesday, March 22, the Municipality made the family of Mrs. María Cristina Molina Bojorge, who lives in the June 14 neighborhood of District I of the capital, the protagonist of the right, who received her new home through this emblematic Solidarity Housing Program. .

Companion Reyna Rueda Alvarado, Mayor of Managua, attended this act of celebration to hand over the keys to her new home to Mrs. María Cristina, who showed great happiness and gratitude for the management of the Sandinista Government.

“First of all I thank my heavenly father, my Commander Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Compañera Rosario Murillo for having made my dream come true, I have a decent house, I have lived in this neighborhood for 63 years, I am one of the founders, I live with my two grandchildren and my son, I feel happy and content”, affirmed the protagonist.

The Government of the President Town has delivered 8 decent homes to the same number of families in this community who lived in vulnerability and has carried out road improvement works, storm drainage and rehabilitation of the community park.

Mayor Rueda declared about the efforts that the Good Government has been developing to dignify the living conditions of the most needy families, "little by little we have been advancing with this project, from 2009 to date we have served more than 13 thousand families, this year we will be delivering 200 homes, we feel grateful, motivated and committed to continue serving the families of Managua”.

During the inauguration, artistic activities, clowns and piñatas were developed for the children of the community, who gathered together with their parents to celebrate the construction of this new home.
