New streets change the lives of families in the Lomas de Guadalupe neighborhood

Guaranteeing well-being and better living conditions for families in the capital, the Mayor's Office of Pueblo Presidente delivered a road improvement project in the Lomas de Guadalupe neighborhood of District 7, where the storm drainage system was installed and 4 new blocks were paved with concrete premixed

The inaugural act was presided over by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who presented the work to the 1,550 protagonist families, whom she congratulated and expressed the commitment of the Sandinista Government to continue dignifying the living conditions of Nicaraguan families.

He also stated that this work is part of the Calles para el Pueblo program, which for this year has a projection of serving 833 new blocks, of which progress has already been made in 26.4%.

During the last 13 years, the Municipality has carried out 13 works for the common good and built 21 decent homes in this community, with an investment of 38,100,000 córdobas, significantly improving the living conditions of families in the sector, who showed thankful for the project.

Mirtila Padilla, said she felt very satisfied with this work, which has changed the face of this area, because before it was impossible to travel through these streets, in the same way, Mrs. Josefa Díaz expressed, that with this work, the community had a profound change for the better.
