New talents participate in Amateur Boxing Evening

The Mayor's Office of Managua, through the Sports Directorate, this Friday, February 25, held an Amateur Boxing Evening with the different academies of the capital in the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores Park Amphitheater, totally free.

Noel González, Director of Sports of the Municipality reported that the 3 gyms of the Commune and other invited schools participated in this sporting event, "we have 9 electrifying fights, of the best prospects we have and above all we are preparing for the cup Alexis Argüello that will soon start”.

The official stressed that these boys are mostly minors between 14 and 17 years old, "this is the new seedbed promoted by the Mayor's Office of Managua, in the discipline of boxing."

The winners of each combat were awarded with a basic basket to encourage them to practice the sport and bring support to their families.
