XII Institutional Women's Volleyball League

This Wednesday, February 23, the twelfth edition of the Women's Indoor Volleyball Institutional League began, with the participation of 12 teams from different government entities, who for 4 months will compete for first place in this tournament, organized by the Mayor's Office of Power Citizen of Managua in conjunction with the Alexis Argüello Sports Movement and with the accompaniment of the Nicaraguan Volleyball Federation.

The inaugural banderillazo was carried out by Mayor Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who also invited families to enjoy these games on the fields of the Luis Alfonso Velásquez Flores park and in the TELCOR gym on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 6:00 a.m. pm.

The 12 participating teams include the Nicaraguan Institute of Telecommunications and Post Office (TELCOR), the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, the Nicaraguan Institute of Social Security (INSS), the Institute for Agricultural Protection and Health, and the Agricultural Management Company. International Airports.

The participants of this volleyball league said they were happy with the realization of this tournament that guarantees them recreation and health, to reduce stress after the workday, as Jilda Chavarría expressed.
