This Wednesday, February 9, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua delivered a new solidarity home in the El Recreo Norte neighborhood of District III, as part of this program developed by the Government of the President People since 2009.
With the construction of this new house, the living conditions of the family of Mrs. Orfilia Petronila Cuadra Roa, who for many years lived in precarious conditions, are dignified, for which she thanked the Sandinista Government and said she was happy with this project that has improved and will continue to bring security to the most needy families.
The inauguration was presided over by the Vice Mayor of Managua, Enrique Armas Rosales, who announced that the Sandinista Government, from 2009 to date, has built 13,000 solidarity homes for the same number of families in Managua. He also highlighted that for this year 2022, the solidarity housing program has projected the construction of 200 homes throughout the municipality.
This delivery was developed in a family and community environment, starting with a recreational afternoon with piñatas and children's activities for the little ones; in addition to a day of medical attention for the inhabitants of the community.
