








Thanks to the efforts and articulated work carried out by the Good Government, through the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, Ms. Ana María Martínez, 75, and her family of 8 people, are the new protagonists of the Solidarity Housing Program in the neighborhood June 14, located in District I of the Capital.

From 2011 to date, the housing program has built a total of 8 homes in this neighborhood, benefiting the same number of families, who were at high risk of vulnerability and who already have completely optimal and safe conditions, he shared. the Secretary of the Council of Managua, Jennifer Porras López, during the opening ceremony.
“It is these social programs that allow us to reach more families in Managua, to be able to transform their lives, they will no longer live in precariousness, the commitment is always maintained, the work in the neighborhoods, communities, with the teams that work in the territories, who allow us to receive all the demands and needs of the families, in order to respond to them,” said Porras.
The 14 de Junio neighborhood has 4 thousand 818 inhabitants distributed in 964 families and since 2017 the Municipality has carried out maintenance and rehabilitation works on the park with an investment of 4 million córdobas. an amount of more than 200 thousand córdobas.
With the 2022 Annual Investment Plan in this District I, 22 projects will be executed, between major and minor works, with an estimated investment amount of 33 million córdobas in road improvement works, storm drainage and mitigation works.
