Road improvement advances in neighborhoods of the Capital

Guaranteeing better living conditions for families in the capital, the Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua delivered a road improvement work in the Reyna Sofía neighborhood of District VI.

This work was delivered and inaugurated by the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, who expressed the commitment of the Sandinista Government to continue developing works for the benefit of Nicaraguans.

Rueda announced that this road improvement work consists of the asphalt paving of 7 blocks, which were on land; project that had an investment of 1 million 200 thousand córdobas, directly benefiting 1 thousand 600 inhabitants of this community.

He also stressed that in addition to this work, the Good Government has invested more than 48 million cordobas in projects for the common good in this neighborhood of the capital, from 2010 to date, executing storm drainage works, sanitary sewers, improvement road and the construction of 18 decent homes.
