The 2,500 families that live in Ciudad Belén were benefited this Friday, January 14, by the comprehensive project carried out by the Municipality, with road improvement works and storm drainage works, in the extension of the Larreynaga Track.
The project had an investment of 19 million 378 thousand 132 córdobas and among its scope is the construction of 11 new hydraulic concrete blocks with platforms. While in the pluvial drainage, a 42-meter-long desilter and rainwater collector was built, plus the construction of a 172-meter-long channel (canaletas), which reaches the new micro-dam, built in front of Ciudad Belén.
The work is one of the largest that the Municipality carried out in District VI through the PIA last year and in addition to directly benefiting the families of Ciudad Belén, the families of the Ciudad Belén, Villa Dignity, Mount Nebo and Villa de Santiago.
During the last two years, the Commune has carried out 7 necessary projects to protect the inhabitants of the aforementioned urbanizations, with an investment of a little more than 238 million córdobas.
