










The Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, committed to serving citizens with quality and warmth, built a new Citizen Service Center in District IV, located in Ciudad Jardín, to provide better care closer to the community.
As of this Thursday, January 13, the inhabitants of 80 neighborhoods in this area have a new attention center, closer to their homes, where they can carry out procedures in the different municipal services, such as urban planning, environment, registration civil, social programs and taxpayer registration.
This Citizen Attention Center will have 6 public servants and will have the capacity to attend to 45 people, in comfortable conditions, who will be able to wait their turn seated, in a pleasant atmosphere. These new offices will be open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon.
For the attention of the kind taxpayers, 2 collection boxes were set up, where the citizens of the capital will be able to pay their municipal taxes.
These new offices are incorporated into the 4 existing Citizen Service Centers, located in Plaza Cuba, National Baseball Stadium, Avenida de Bolívar a Chávez and Villa Jerusalem, which have the same service characteristics for all Managuas.
