Four works of progress receive the families of the La Primavera Annex neighborhood

The Mayor's Office of the Citizen Power of Managua, fulfilling once again the commitment to bring well-being and security to the citizens of the capital, inaugurated a road improvement project, construction of a vehicular bridge, channel lining and renovation of recreational space in the La Primavera Annex neighborhood, in District VI of the capital.

These works had an investment of 32 million córdobas and are part of the 2021 Annual Investment Plan.

“More than 11 thousand inhabitants of this point of the capital, are benefited with these works of the Common Good, which from 2012 to date have invested 171 million 604 thousand 505.6 córdobas in road projects, drainage network and sanitary sewerage. and the construction of the La Primavera field”, said the Mayor of Managua, Reyna Rueda Alvarado, during the inauguration of the works.

The road improvement through asphalt coating consisted of paving 4 new blocks, which were previously in poor condition and impassable, developing new access roads for Nicaraguan families living in this sector.

The families were also benefited with the reconstruction of the community park that renewed the metallic structures, the installation of lights with solar panels, children's games, the construction of platforms and the placement of traditional dumps.

Within the works, a channel lining of 150 linear meters was carried out, with platforms of 540 square meters, likewise the gutters and curbs of 925 linear meters were built, to develop better road access.

"We are happy for these new works, a good Christmas present, here it was a garbage dump, now these projects have changed our lives," said the protagonist Alba Espinoza.

The Municipality with the execution of the Calles para el Pueblo 2021 Program reaches an advance of 104%, with 1 thousand 299 blocks served, of the 1 thousand 242 projected to improve in this year 2021.
